  I walked in here looking for a small, high quality printer to print postcards and professional looking flyers. I'm tired of paying for them to be printed elsewhere and my  HP desktop couldn't handle the thicker paper or the volume. Deb and Sonny were so helpful. After assessing my needs and trying to print my postcard on one of their B & W printers, they unboxed a new Color one so I could see it! We set up delivery for the next day. Sonny came and installed it and set everything up on our network. He made sure every function worked before he left. Today is the first day with it but I think it's going to work out great and save me so much money over the long haul as I won't have to print elsewhere and drive to pick it up!   We have used Copy Doc for services and copiers for several years now. Just yesterday, we ran into an "unforeseen and new problem"  (to us) with the copier that rendered it unoperational until it received a replacement part. Being a medical office, Copy Doc sent us someone over that day to help us out with the spare parts that we needed, rather than waiting on shipping. Mike, who came to deliver the part, is usually always the one who comes, and it is nice to see the same person on service calls and recognize them. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful and explained other things we should look for and expect from the copier so that we could recognize and handle future maintenance issues on our own.
